Reservation: Booking confirmation is required by email, together with personal data (name, surname, address, phone number). Please read carefully our CONDITIONS OF STAY. Usually we don't ask for deposit for short stays because of very high bank commission for bank transfer. During high season and for long stay a deposit through PayPal could be requested.
Cancellation Policy: confirming the reservation you will accept the follow cancellation policy: No penalty until 7 days before arrival. After that, 1 night rate will be due by bank transfer. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
Privacy: All personal data will be treated in the strictest confidence. Italian Law n.975/96
